Online Return/Exchange Policy
You can receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase on all regular-priced merchandise or store credit on a gift card within 30 days from the order date. After 30 days we can no longer accept returns. *All discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a full refund on discounted items. To be eligible for return/exchange/credit all items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a valid sales receipt. Face Masks, Gift Boxes, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Jewelry, intimates, beauty products, and any item listed as final sale are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Dear Sorella reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.

 

International Orders
At this time, all international orders outside of Canada are FINAL SALE.

How to Return an Item
To start a return, you will need your order number and the email associated with the order. Start your return here!


Once we receive and process your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded on an e-gift card.
